Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are fully refunded. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a fee.
Yes, we track all flights in real-time. If your flight is delayed or early, your chauffeur will adjust their arrival time accordingly to ensure they are waiting for you at the terminal.
We offer complimentary waiting time: 60 minutes for airport pickups and 15 minutes for all other locations. Additional waiting time is billed per hour.
Absolutely. We offer a dedicated Women-for-Women service. Please select this option during your booking or mention it in your request notes.
