1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the Ace Transport website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Booking and Reservations

• All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.
• We require accurate information regarding passenger numbers, luggage, and special requirements at the time of booking.
• Prices are subject to change based on modifications to the itinerary, wait times, or additional stops requested on the day of service.

3. Cancellations and Wait Times

• Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund.
• For airport pickups, we offer 60 minutes of complimentary wait time. For all other locations, 15 minutes of complimentary wait time applies.
• Wait time exceeding the complimentary period will be billed at our standard hourly rate.

4. Passenger Conduct

We maintain a strict non-smoking policy in all our vehicles. Damage to the vehicle caused by the client or their guests may result in additional cleaning or repair fees. The chauffeur reserves the right to terminate the ride if passenger behavior threatens safety.

5. Liability

While we strive to ensure absolute punctuality, Ace Transport shall not be liable for circumstances beyond our control, including extreme weather, severe traffic conditions, or road closures.
